Cannot say enough about Sarah’s exceptional work as our realtor. The market was pretty rough when we were finally ready to put our house up for sale, and Sarah had all the data and know-how we needed to feel confident in the price we asked for. She’s a local neighborhood expert, and regularly sent us comps for nearby houses so we could compare and keep track of things.
