Sarah Schneider is a realtor in St. Petersburg area that I have become familiar over the last few years. She goes a step above the rest in a unique way that I don’t see in many, if any other realtors in and out of the area. She is willing to go the extra mile in every aspect possible including elbow grease which is the rare part, I’ve personally seen her staining front porch post so the new homeowner would be elated with the appeal of their front porch, that’s a rarity. She not only goes a step above the rest but makes you feel like more a friend or family than a client. As a contractor myself I see many realtors treating clients as numbers or dollar signs, it’s refreshing to say this is not the case with Sarah. I would recommend her to any friends, family or member of the public looking into Florida real estate.
