Meet Sarah
Sarah Schneider moved to St. Petersburg more than a decade ago and quickly fell in love with the character, history, and sense of community that make the area so special. Originally from Midland, Michigan, Sarah made her way south before finding exactly what she was looking for in St. Petersburg.
From the charm of Historic Kenwood, Old Northeast, and Roser Park to the waterfront homes of Snell Isle, Greater Pinellas Point, and Tierra Verde, Sarah loves helping clients understand not just the real estate market, but the lifestyle that comes with each neighborhood. Her local knowledge is rooted in a genuine appreciation for the places, people, businesses, and details that make St. Petersburg and the greater Tampa Bay area feel like home.
Sarah’s approach to real estate is thoughtful and highly organized. Clients can expect honest guidance, clear communication, and an agent who helps them make confident decisions without pressure or confusion. Whether buying or selling, her goal is to make the process feel informed, prepared, and manageable from the first conversation through closing.
Buying her own 1940s bungalow in St. Pete gave Sarah an even deeper appreciation for the quirks, charm, and realities of owning a home here. She understands how personal the process can feel and enjoys helping clients navigate it with clarity and confidence.
Outside of real estate, Sarah enjoys learning about local history, restoring and building furniture, tackling home improvement projects, practicing yoga, and getting out with her Great Pyrenees, Lushen, to explore the neighborhoods, parks, restaurants, and local businesses that make this area such a special place to live.
Whether you are ready to move or simply beginning to explore your options, Sarah welcomes the opportunity to talk through your timeline, your goals, and what the right next step might look like.
